Language Policy: The official language of the conference is English. All papers must be accepted, presented, and published exclusively in English.

Submission Process
To present your research at IC-ANMBES 2026, please follow these steps:
Account Setup: Create an account on the Submission website of IC-ANMBES 2026 or log in via the "Login" button in the upper-right corner.
Preparation and Submission: Return to the main page and click the "Submit Abstract" button.
Download the Template Form to format your abstract.
· Limit: 250 words in English.
· Allowance: Maximum of 2 abstracts per registration fee.
· Indicate the session best suited for your research.
· Select your preferred presentation type: Poster, Oral, or Both.
· Select the "Participation in Award Competition".
Presentation Requirements
Oral Presentations
Please ensure slides are formatted in widescreen (16:9) aspect ratio.
· Plenary Talks: 40 min (35 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
· Invited Talks: 30 min (25 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
· Invited Early Career Talks: 20 min (15 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
· Contributed Talks: 15 min (10 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
Poster Presentations
· Orientation: Vertical (Portrait)
· Maximum Size: A0 (84 x 120 cm / 33 x 47 in)
· Note: Presenters must print their posters before the conference.
Registration & Publication
· Covering Author: If there are multiple co-authors, the person presenting (Covering Author) must register to ensure the abstract is included in
the program.
· Publication: Accepted abstracts will be available online Open Access. Full papers may be submitted to conference-related Special Issues after
peer review. Contact us for potential publication fee discounts.
Important! No abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts unless the registration fee is paid by May 25, 2026. Please provide institutional financial
info and request your invoice before payment.
Young Scientists Award
Bachelor, Master, and PhD students are encouraged to participate in the Young Scientists Award Competition. Prizes will be awarded for outstanding
oral and poster presentations.
