- The fees shown include VAT (21%).
- No abstracts will be included in the Conference’s Book of Abstracts unless the registration fee is paid by May 25, 2026.
- Please confirm your participation in the social program at the time of registration.
- Students (M.Sc., PhD, and Resident Medical Doctors) applying for the reduced student fee should ask their advisor to send, in parallel with the abstract submission, a short letter by e-mail confirming their student status or to send us a scanned copy or photograph of their current student card.
- For the invoice, please send your Institution's identification data to the conference email (icanmbes@gmail.com).
- Please, send us a copy of the bank transfer to the following email address: icanmbes@gmail.com
Certificate of Attendance
Participants in the event will be able to download an electronic Certificate of Attendance by accessing their dashboards on Sciforum.net once the event is concluded. The certificates will be found under the "My Certificates" category.
Policy for cancellation
- Confirmed registrants canceling after May 25, 2026, will lose their entire registration fees.
- Cancellation before May 25, 2026 will allow 50% refund of the registration fee.
