Registration: Please go to to https://sciforum.net/event/icanmbes2024 register for the conference (there are many options to check), before to submit your
abstract. After submitting your registration you will receive a confirmation email that your registration was received.
Important note: The final deadline for paying the conference fee is August 14th, 2024. No abstracts will be included in the Conference’s Book of Abstracts unless
the registration fee is paid by August 14th, 2024.
Please confirm your participation at social program together with registration.
Students (M.Sc. PhD and Resident Medical Doctors ) applying for the reduced student fee should ask their advisor to send in parallel with abstract submission a
short letter by e-mail confirming their student status or to confirm your student status by sending us a scanned copy or photograph of your current student card.

Policy for cancellation
Confirmed registrants canceling after August 14th, 2024, will lose their entire registration fees. Cancellation before August 14th, 2024 will allow 50% refund of the
registration fee.
