Registration: Please go to to https://sciforum.net/event/icanmbes2026 register for the conference (there are many options to check), before submitting your abstract. After submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email that your registration was received.
Important notes:
- No abstracts will be included in the Conference’s Book of Abstracts unless the registration fee is paid by May 30, 2026.
- Please confirm your participation in the social program at the time of registration.
- Students (M.Sc., PhD, and Resident Medical Doctors) applying for the reduced student fee should ask their advisor to send, in parallel with the abstract submission, a short letter by e-mail confirming their student status or to send us a scanned copy or photograph of their current student card.
- For the invoice, please send your Institution's identification data to the conference email (icanmbes@gmail.com).
- Please, send us a copy of the bank transfer to the following email address: icanmbes@gmail.com
Policy for cancellation
- Confirmed registrants canceling after May 30, 2026, will lose their entire registration fees.
- Cancellation before May 30, 2026 will allow 50% refund of the registration fee.
